Anyone living within the Parish of St James the Great Daisy Hill, who is legally entitled to be married in the Church of England, can have their wedding service in our beautiful church. You don't have to attend our church or any church - we are here for everyone in our Parish. If you live outside our Parish, but within the Blackrod, Daisy Hill, Westhoughton and Wingates Team, you can also ask to be married at St James'. A church wedding allows you to make your vows in the presence of God and all your friends and family, and is a very special event. At St James' we try to make sure that all our wedding couples get the day they want and can fondly remember all of their married lives.
