Wishing You Peace & Stability This Easter
Just a quick note to wish you all a very happy break –whatever you are doing.
As you can see from the April diary page, we have a full and varied list events for Holy Week 2009.Highlights, will be the services on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday. The Holy Saturday “Service of the Light”, is a little bit like “Midnight Mass” at Christmas, in that it is by candlelight and that we welcome Jesus into our hearts. We’ve also got a family Easter Service at 10am on Easter Sunday. For a full run down of what’s on - click here.
I hope and pray that you are well and that currentglobal problems have not over affected you.Should you need any support, particularly in the area of prayer, please contact me.We shall do what we can to help you.For Christians Jesus’ resurrection reminds us of the hope in God that is the basis for the whole of life on earth and beyond. But as Holy Week reminds us, this is never a straight forward or easy task.
No matter what happens over the coming weeks and months, try and keep things in perspective.Trust in God and try to trust those around you.
